Description
Full Description:Nicole Werdehausen, based in Voula, southern Athens, is a multilingual Massage and Spa Therapist dedicated to her work. She speaks English, Greek, French and German, has studied and practiced various forms of massage and is certified under the terramedus® academy for health.
Born in Germany, 1979, Nicole spent her childhood in Cairo, Egypt. Her teens and early adult years were spent in Germany and France where she studied Business Administration. After working for several years in the business-administration field, in 2007 she came to Greece, where she discovered and began to follow her true passion: working with people on a physical level.
Nicole first received her introduction to a variety of massage techniques in Athens. She was then quickly motivated to broaden her knowledge and acquire skills in different types of massages. Consequently, she became a member of both NHS, Natural Health Science in Greece and terramedus® academy for health in Germany.
A few words from Nicole herself: “I am passionate about working with people. It is as if my hands have a desire, from their own part, to do body work. It is my deepest desire to help people – if only by creating a sense of wellbeing and relaxation.”
Service offered:
Classic Massage for relaxation and stress control
It involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing. And it may even help after an injury.
The full body massage includes back, neck, back and front side of arms and legs as well as working some pressure points on hands and feet.
The extensive full body massage works on the back, the neck, back and front side of arms and legs and also includes a pressure point massage on the back of the head. Like the normal full body massage, hands and feet are included by working some pressure points.
The short half body massage treats the back and the neck which already creates a relaxation from every day stress and muscle tension.
The long half body massage treats back, neck in a more extensive manner. More time is being spent on working muscle tensions. The treatment is rounded up with a massage of the back of the arms and therefore leaves the client with a more complete sense of relaxation and wellbeing.
Holistic Rejuvance Therapy
A light fingertip massage is used on the face, head, neck and décolleté. One gets relieved from signs and lines of stress on the face, as well as from headaches. Relaxation and a deep feeling of well-being are experienced. The face finds back its natural irradiation and can even show a small lifting!
Cellulite Massage Therapy
Cellulite massage activates the blood circulation in the affected areas and -through the kneading and gentle rubbing- softens the fatty areas and can release them over time.
Relaxing Leg and Foot Treatment
Experience the relaxing effect of a foot and leg treatment. Beginning with a recreational cleansing in warm water you receive a massage of your legs on back and front side.
Each massage session starts with a short conversation in which current pains, previous injuries and goals of the massage will be clarified to ensure optimal treatment.
Business hours: Nicole currently works from her studio in Voula, makes house visits in the southern Attica area and can communicate in English, Greek, French and German.
