"The Lovebacillus" Kostas Yiannidis

Main "axis" of production constitutes the operetta of composer "The Lovebacillus", with intense elements of jazz, that went up in the Berlin in 1927 (the period with Nikos Skalkotas, were students of Curt Bale) and that will be presented for first time in Greece. At the same time, the play is on the course of composer from the cosmopolitan musical environment of Smyrnis to the musical avant-garde and the cabarets of Berlin, to end up to the musical theatres of Athens, where Yiannidis wrote his splendid songs, that became big successes with the voices of Sophia Vembo, Danae and Nikos Gounaris.
